Your responsibilities

Describe your race accurately, including distance, format, timing, price, prizes and location. Keep athletes safe at in-person events and follow venue rules and local laws.

Once athletes register, the distance, format, location, timing and price are locked.

Review

Your first paid race and in-person races may need admin approval before they go live. Only admins can make a race count for season points or mark it coach-hosted.

Money

Outlet 52 collects entry fees. Hosts earn 90% of each entry fee after card processing fees. Outlet 52 keeps 10%. Earnings show on the Get paid page and are paid out once payout details are set up.

Cancellations

If you cancel a race, every athlete is refunded in full. Repeated cancellations or misleading races may lead to suspension.

Results review

Review pending and flagged results fairly and promptly. Give a reason when you reject one.
