Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: email, display name, username, birth year, category, city, units and optional photo.

Race data: registrations, bib numbers, results, uploaded activity files, videos and photos, check-ins and chat messages.

Payment data is handled by our payment processor. We store amounts and status, never full card numbers.

What's public

Your profile, results, medals, rankings and qualification status are public. Chat messages are visible to others in the race. Activity files and videos are visible only to you, the race host and admins.

How we use it

To run races, score results, calculate rankings and points, send notifications and emails you've kept on, prevent abuse and process payments and payouts.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help run Outlet 52 (hosting, payments, email) and with race hosts for races you enter. We don't sell personal data. We don't connect to third-party fitness platforms' APIs.

Your choices

Edit your profile and email settings any time. Delete your account from Settings. Some records, like payments, are kept as the law requires.
